Shipping and Returns

Delivery Times

For stock items, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of being accepted.

Some items (especially furniture) are made to order. We sometimes may also be waiting for a new delivery of stock – so please always check the ‘Additional Information’ tag on product pages for availability and lead times.

Delivery Costs – USA

For small items (2kg and under) you can select whether you would prefer for your order to be sent by registered tracked mail or the faster courier service by EMS. Clocks, medium furniture / items over 2kg  can only go via EMS. You can check the total shipping cost for your order by adding items to your shopping basket and then use the shipping calculator on the ‘Cart‘ page.

Non-Delivered Goods

If your order has not been delivered then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-despatch your order.

We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Post Office.

We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.

Return of Non-Faulty Goods

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from However, if you would like to return any items or your purchase in unsuitable, we are happy to arrange a refund or exchange (excluding delivery costs). Custom orders, however, are not refundable.

Please email us at: to let us know and we will then issue you with a return’s number.

Please then return it to us, unused in a saleable condition, and with the original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

Please enclose a copy of the delivery note supplied.

We recommend that you use insured registered delivery or a tracked courier service – keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit – as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

We regret that we are unable to accept items which are returned after 14 working days from the delivery date or which are no longer in a re-saleable condition.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email us at: within 48 hours of delivery (and we will advise you regarding the procedure for an exchange or refund).
We advise you to check your purchase as soon as it is delivered.



After receipt of your returned goods we aim to issue your refund within 14 working days.
The cost of your purchase will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. Shipping is not refundable.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.

How to Cancel An Order

If you wish to cancel an order please email us at and include the following: customer name, order number and date of order.

Regarding special custom orders, once production has begun on them, they can no longer be cancelled.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the item(s) within 14 days as per the returns policy above.
